DEFRA have made further announcements about Environmental Land Management Schemes (ELMs)
Sustainable Farming Incentive 2023
The six new standards to be introduced in 2023, are as follows:
- hedgerows standard
- integrated pest management standard
- nutrient management standard
- arable and horticultural land standard
- improved grassland standard
- low input grassland standard
Countryside Stewardship and Countryside Stewardship Plus 2023
- improved revenue payment rates
- improved capital payment rates
- higher tier capital grants
- landscape recovery
