Amanda Boon MRICS FAAV

Associate Rural Chartered Surveyor

Professional background

Amanda qualified from Newcastle University in 2012 with a 2:1 in an RICS accredited degree, and worked as a hydrographic surveyor primarily in the North Sea for four years. Amanda qualified as a Rural Chartered Surveyor in 2018 and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) in 2019.

Born in North Yorkshire and raised on a family farm, she has a love of the countryside and now lives on a farm in County Durham with her partner and two dogs.

With a strong background in estate agency and vast experience in Rural Surveying she will be responsible for a variety of work; from sales and valuations to planning, stewardship and utilities.

Away from work

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys long countryside walks and can often be found exploring the Northumberland coast
