LOCATION
The land is situated to the west of Cornsay and south east of Satley. Lanchester is approximately 4 miles to the north east and Durham is 10 miles to the east.
The location is identified by a red circle on the Location Plan.
DIRECTIONS
Lot 1, 2 and 3 are accessed directly from Inkerman Road and Lot 4 is accessed from Cowsley Lane.
Head east from the A68 in Tow Law on Inkerman Road, continue on this road to access Lot 1, 2 and 3. To access Lot 4 turn right at the crossroads on Inkerman Road onto Cowsley Lane.
