Countryside Stewardship and Capital Grants applications

Countryside Stewardship is still a good opportunity to access further funding to help reduce the impact of Basic Payment reductions.

Mid-Tier applications are open until 29th July, for agreements starting 1st January 2023.

Capital Grants are open for applications all year-however, if the budget limit is reached then a 6 week notice period will be given for applications to be submitted.

You can still apply for capital items to help improve water quality within Capital Grants with Catchment Sensitive Farming support.

At Vickers & Barrass we can tailor any application to suit the individual farm requirements and provide the farmer with a scheme which provide some financial reward and is easily managed.

If you would like to discuss how this can work on your farm please contact Alan Falshaw Farm Business Consultant on 07425186127 or afalshaw@vickersandbarrass.co.uk.

Our team of specialist advisors will be at the NBA Beef Expo event this Saturday 28th of May at Darlington Farmers Auction Mart and would be more than happy to have an informal confidential conversation.
