The Housing market stays open during national lock down.

We wish to reassure you that we are following government guidelines, as the housing market remains open during this second lock down. The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government confirmed the news on Saturday evening via Twitter. A tweet from Housing Secretary Robert Jenrick said: "Q: Can I still move house? A: Yes – the housing market will remain open throughout this period.” He went on to say “Everyone should continue to play their part in reducing the spread of the virus by following the current guidance."

At Vickers and Barrass we want to let you know that we continue to follow government guidance and adhere to measures compliant with this advice as we offer free market appraisals to those wishing to sell their home.

Holly Stafford, Chartered Surveyor and Office Manager said. "The safety of our staff and clients remains our top priority, we are adhering to government's current guidance and helping our clients navigate this advice. With agents covering the wider region, including Darlington we can assist with a free market appraisal in these Coronavirus compliant times and our aim is always to ensure our team and customers remain safe”
