Professional background
David has carried out expert witness valuations for divorce, partnership splits, diminution valuations, mining shafts and mining gas. He regularly carries out agricultural, commercial, and residential valuations. He is also a member of the NFU Rural Valuers panel.
David is a very active member of the RICS and CAAV. He is a past Chairman of the RICS North East Regional Board having served on the Board for 14 years and was a past Chairman of the RICS Rural Professional Group.
He also serves on the National CAAV Council.
